Mark Ferguson has over 18 years experience in FMCG Sales and Trade Marketing in both Australia and Europe.

Mark brings with him industry experience in account management, trade marketing, sales management and promotional planning, which will enhance the existing suite of consulting strengths.

Mark has held a number of senior sales positions, both in Australia and internationally.  His most recent role was with ReckittBenckiser, based in their global headquarters for Sales.  This included working closely with the local sales teams in the implementation of Sales Best Practice across Europe and North America.

Mark has extensive knowledge of FMCG, combined with a strong focus and understanding of the Liquor and Beverage markets in Sales and Account Management.

In addition to this, Mark has developed extensive knowledge through the practical application of promotional planning and evaluation techniques.

Matt Logan brings with him over 20yrs experience combined with a unique set of skills having solid  retail background and more recently senior management responsibility in FMCG roles across the grocery and Route Channels.

Matt has held National & Oceanic Senior Management roles in the Convenience Retailing Channel for Shell , which focused on developing category strategies across multiple categories of merchandise and countries. for the business
 
From the  Shell Convenience Retail  business Matt moved into senior Channel Management roles in manufacturing, managing Grocery, Convenience and Route National Channel Teams. Combining both the supplier and retailers perspectives Matt’ is able to bring a detailed understanding of how a balanced and pragmatic  approach to category development and business planning will deliver results in the highly competitive retail channel.

Matt has lead and facilitate a number of major of Category Management initiatives within the business as well working with regional centres of excellence in developing key account management training and capability development .

More recently Matt was part of the  Senior Leadership team within  Dairy Farmers where . Matt was accountable for the Route Division of Dairy Farmers and successfully executed commercial strategies that delivered double digit growth in sales revenues

 

Tim Hockings

With 28 years of retail experience Tim Hockings has worked across the FMCG retail environment from Store Management through to Buying & Category Management roles. Most recently he has been a Business Development Manager with the primary role of developing and executing the plan to revitalise the Private Label strategy within the Coles Supermarkets chain.
Tim has a record of accomplishment as an effective change agent driving quality, value and efficiency into the retail environment. In depth commercial acumen built around a career in retail with the most recent achievements of recruitment & team building, revenue growth and increasing market share.


Tim has also held a position on the board of ECR Australasia (part of the AFCG) for a period of 18 months and represented Coles Supermarkets in a number of supply chain initiatives.

Dell Graham

Dell Graham has over 31 years of experience in retail operations, strategic and category planning, modern trade key account development as well as retail and FMCG consulting.

Much of the retail experience Dell has gained is from 24years spent with the Woolworths Supermarkets group in Australia. During this time Dell worked in Store Management, Category Management, then finally moving on to Strategic Management Planning for the Supermarkets division.

Since his time in Woolworths, Dell has gained much first hand consulting experience working firstly with Research International as a Director in their Channel Management division. The mandate of this division was to provide clients with meaningful insight from their valuable consumer research investment and then to assist them in using this insight to develop their brand and category plans respectively. This was achieved through interactive workshop activities and managed all the way through to implementation and review.

Over the past 5 years Dell has worked as an expatriate in Asia for both retail and FMCG companies. During these assignments Dell has been successful in providing interactive learning and process development for clients who have in turn improved their planning, implementation, efficiency and financial performance.

Kerry Cottrill

Kerrie Cottrill has worked in sales & marketing in the corporate environment for the past 18 years.

She has held senior roles in market leading FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies in the Grocery, Pharmaceutical and Liquor Industries. The Liquor and Pharmaceutical Co.'s for which Kerrie worked were both, the largest companies, worldwide, within their industry segments. Kerrie was the first woman in a senior management role, in both of these organisations.

Kerrie's responsibilities have included delivering large sales budgets ($50m); managing teams; developing new business; developing new markets and expanding client bases.

Kerrie was a senior consultant with an international training and development company, for 4 years, working with large multinationals both in Australia and overseas.

In 2001 Kerrie established her own company specialising in bringing about behavioural change in individuals, and in organisations. She is both passionate and enthusiastic about the development of the team and through them, delivery on the bottom line. She is able to bring credibility and realism to the programs and workshops she facilitates. She understands the issues and concerns of her participants and is able to build rapport and is able to relate at any level.
