Identifying Training Needs

Strategic Horizons training mission is to assist our clients in developing the skills and capabilities of their team members.

The first step in the process is to identify and scope our client’s training needs.

Development Needs Survey

In order to assist our clients to gauge their training requirements, Strategic Horizons has developed a quantitative methodology for identifying training needs. The aim of conducting a Development Needs Survey is that clients are able to prioritise their training needs to ensure that the training is focusing on the areas where it will benefit the business most.

The results of the Development Needs Survey are analysed by Strategic Horizons in consultation with the client, and this forms the basis upon which the training program is structured, giving it a clear direction and determining the scope which is needed.
